In response to a concerned pet owner:
November 16, 2009, H$U$ CEO, Wayne Pacelle, made the suggestion: "...every "responsible breeder" is a "puppy miller", every "family farmer" is a "factory farmer", and every “responsible hunter" is a "poacher"..."
During an interview with agriculture representatives (2012), Pacelle said he rejects the idea that “the truth is in the middle” in the struggle between animal rights and animal agriculture. He went on to say, “I don’t think the truth was in the middle when our nation fought about child labor or slavery”.
Any question about how Pacelle feels about "animal liberation"?
